My Diet Solution Program Review

As a personal trainer, I strive to continue learning as many fat burning or weight loss techniques as possible so I will have greater flexibility in prescribing personalized nutrition plans for my clients. I had recently been working with a woman who has an injured knee and would like to lose 20 pounds in 5 weeks. You can see how this was a unique challenge and I began searching for a way to help her reach her goal without being able to participate in traditional cardiovascular activities such as running, spinning or elliptical workouts. It was obvious that our main focus would need to be on nutrition.
